Video KYC

Video KYC is used to capture the customer video and also ensures the customer is live by adding questions (agent mode) as well as used in self mode where system will send a link with the video capture done by customer from his mobile phone or computer to ensure liveliness. Specific questions are asked and the approver can see the actions and ensure the video is genuine not a recorded one. This facility also can be integrated with Live KYC where by customer can upload the documents for verification and data will be picked from the respective sites/OCR to avoid data entry at the back end as well as allows a quick turnaround time.
